Hypnobirthing will not only give you some fantastic tools for labour and birth, and help you eliminate any fears or anxieties around your upcoming birth, it will also give you an in depth understanding of what happens during your baby's birth.

'Knowledge is Power' is a phase I love and this couldn't be more true in terms of hypnobirthing. The more you increase your knowledge around the birth process and understand just how your body is working, you will be in a much better place to work alongside it, not against it.

During my courses, we also discuss the options available to you and ways to help you make the best decisions for you and your baby. Sometime, all these decisions can feel a little overwhelming, but with my easy to follow framework, you will feel much more calm, relaxed and at ease.

The 'hypno' part of hypnobirthing is where we can work with you to help you reprogram your mind to think of birth in a positive way, to free yourself of any fear or maybe any negative perceptions you may currently have. To install a confidence like now other. This is all done through deep relaxation through guided relaxation which we will do together. These will leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed. You'll also receive MP3 recordings of the guided relaxations so that you can continue the practice at home whenever you wish
